General overview
Large villa in the Langhe hills surrounded by moscato vineyards. At the 500 m elevation, villa has commanding view of the surrounding area and on a clear day all the way to the Alps. Tranquil place to relax and do nothing (15 by 5 pool will be added by June 2024) or visit Alba, Barolo, Barbaresco, Asti, numerous castles and pretty villages and enjoy breathtaking views, great wines and food.
The space
We just bought this villa a few month ago, there work will be done to make it more enjoyable to stay. We are aiming to add pool, renovate ground floor in the main building and add a large modern kitchen.
As of now we can host in the ground floor large studio which can sleep 5-6.
It has full kitchen, pizza oven, fireplace, large dining table. Living room with 3 sofa beds and one coach/ pull out bed. One bathroom with shower. With minor tweaks, this studio can be wheelchair accessible.
In the main building on the first floor is a owners 2 bedroom apartment with 1.5 bath, full kitchen, living room with fireplace.
Can accommodate 4-5.
Guest access

Owners apartment on the first floor, reachable by 2 flights of stairs.

Neighbourhood
At 500 m elevation the views are breathtaking. Villa is secluded and private. The traffic on the road is minimal and there are no neighbors within 0.5 km. One can hike from the house between vineyards. Cycling is superb with many hills available, not many flat roads so.
30-40 min drive to Alba, Barolo, Barbaresco.
Getting to my home
You will need a car to get to the villa from Turin, Milan or Genoa. From the nearest town of Cossano Belbo you will drive 2.5 km up the hill on narrow road between vineyards. Villa has parking for 3-4 cars Access through the gate
