General Overview

We have a newly remodeled 3200 sq ft house with a yard, large porch and hot tub in a quiet, leafy neighborhood of Denver, close to parks, restaurants and coffeeshops. 20 minute walk to Wash Park or Cherry Creek shopping district. 35 minute drive to the foothills for hiking, tubing, ziplining, rock climbing, etc. 90 minute drive to Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking or skiing.

The Space

Primary bedroom with large walk-in marble shower and double sink vanity is on the main level. There are three bedrooms upstairs, one of which is set up as an office with sofa bed. There is a queen bedroom with en suite bathroom and a full bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Neighbourhood

We live in a quiet leafy residential neighborhood but within minutes of everything in Denver. One block to a small charming park. 20 minute walk to large Wash Park with beautiful paths and lakes. Walkable to library, ice cream shop, a couple restaurants. Very close to Cherry Creek shopping district.

We are about a 35-40 minute drive from Denver International Airport.

There are some shops, restaurants and cafes within 15 minutes walk with a much larger shopping district called Cherry Creek about 25-30 minutes walk (or 5 minute drive)
