Lovely apartment, first floor , with outdoor staircase. 

The flat consists of livingarea ensuite with kitchen adn dingspace. One bedroom and one bathroom. There is a private balcony with a beautiful view. 

Just beneath there is a garden with a groundlevel trampoline for kids (an adults).

The Space

There is one bedroom with twin beds. In the livingroom there is a queensize and single bed. 

The livingarea is spacy and there is a nice dining area plus a huge sofa/relax area as well. The bathroom also is quite big and has what You need. 

There is no washer/dryer or dishwasher in the flat.

Guest Access

Our guest can use our private pool and jaccuzi in our private garden upon arrangement. 

As it is our private place, we like to make an agreement for guest use of the pool. Kids always has to be accompanied by an adult.

Notes

We do not permit animals in the apartment. 

We have great WIFI, so our guests can watch tv on their own labtops. There is no tv in the flat. (as people always bring their own equipment).

The aparment has good beds, it is all decorated in a stylish nordic way and is very cozy. 

The garden and trampolin is just outside the door.

Neighbourhood

We live in a beautiful setting in the middle of a beech forrest, and still only 3.5 kilometers from the main street of Vejle. 

We are sorounded by nature and quietnes. 

Legoland  and Zootopia (Lionpark ZOO) and Lalandia is within 30 minute drive. H.C Andersens museum in Odense a bout and hour and an hour from The German Border. Local beaches are 15 min. drive away.  Århus is 45 minutes drive. 

Vejle is a lively town with lots of restaurants and shops and very interesting architecture as well.

Getting to my home

The best and easiest way to reach our house is by car. It is possible to take a cap from the trainstation to this uniq spot (runs about DKK125).

Nearest airport

Billund Airport is only 25 kilometers away, Copenhagen airport is about 2.5 hours drive.

Getting Around

For main transport to and from our home is car the most convenient. 

We do have lots of biking and hiking trails just outside the house. 

The city bus has a stop 2 km. from our place.  The train station is approx. 4 km. away.

We are a Family from Denmark. Dad PJ 62 yrs , mom Henriette 54 yrs , Kristoffer 27 yrs, Laura 24 yrs and William 22 yrs. Tallula 11 yr. old Coton De Tulear.

Mom, dad and Laura are living in Denmark and the boys are in Baltimore and Hollywood at the moment. 

Pj works as a logistic manager in a Concrete Company, Henriette as a projectmanager in a Jobcenter, Kristoffer has several businesses of his own, Laura is a trainee in the oilindustry and William attens UMBC and plays soccer as a senior. 

We have 2 x 2nd homes to offer, a flat in Vejle which is placed next to oour own primary home and a beach home on the West shore of Denmark. 

We have done Homeexchange for about 20 years belonging to different Homeexchange communities and we love it !
