General Overview

Cozy cottage decorated in Seaside hotel style in authentic fishermann village on the West shore of Denmark. The house has all moderne facilities, such an induction stove, 2 smart tvs, great WIFI, coffeemaker, washer/dryer, dishwasher etc. We have an outdoor shower which i awsome. The house has 2 bedrooms and an annex which is connected to the house via a nice patio.

The Space

The house has an entrance, a kitchen/livingroom ensuite, a bathroom, two bedrooms (one with a kingsize bed and one with a queensize bed). The annex had 2 singlebeds. All beds a new and has great comfort. All the furniture are nicely chosen and all in Seaside Hotel style :) There is a covered sunroom attached to the house with great light and it gets pretty warm inthere as soon as the sun is out. The room haas a heater as well, which extends the season outthere. There is an canadian fireplace in the house which easily heats up the house, plus a heating pump with cooling feature. Each room also have electric heaters.

Guest Access

The cottage is one level. It is spacy and still not suitable for wheelchairs as the door between the livingarea and entrace is quite narrow. The guests has access to two bikes and a barbeque.

Notes

As we live 2 hours drive away from this beachhouse, our guests are to clean the place upon departure. We do not allow dogs unless they are allergy "proof" such as Coton De Tulear and Bishon Havanese etc.

Neighbourhood

Nr. Vorupør is a beautiful authentic firhermanns village on the Westshore of Denmark. Our home is about 1 km. from the beach. The town is small and it is possible to walk everywhere. Nr. Vorupør is located in Nationalparken THY and is both in New York Times travellist and latest also in Vogues travel recomendations. Surfing is a big deal and the area is called "Cold Hawaii". You can easilt rent equipment and also take classes. The town has several different restaurant/cafe options and a huge general store (foodmart) plus special cute stores, for instance a christmas store which is open year round. Getting to my home

The easiest way to get to Vorupør is to drive by car. It is possible to take the train to Thisted (20 km. away) and then the local bus to Vorupør.

Henriette

We are a Family from Denmark. Dad PJ 62 yrs , mom Henriette 54 yrs , Kristoffer 27 yrs, Laura 24 yrs and William 22 yrs. Tallula 11 yr. old Coton De Tulear. Mom, dad and Laura are living in Denmark and the boys are in Baltimore and Hollywood at the moment. Pj works as a logistic manager in a Concrete Company, Henriette as a projectmanager in a Jobcenter, Kristoffer has several businesses of his own, Laura is a trainee in the oilindustry and William attens UMBC and plays soccer as a senior. We have 2 x 2nd homes to offer, a flat in Vejle which is placed next to oour own primary home and a beach home on the West shore of Denmark.
