General Overview
Our home is in the resort community of Venture Out, located between the Gulf of Mexico and Grand Lagoon in Panama City Beach. Amenities include pools, small marina, fishing pier, tennis and pickle ball courts, shuffle board, putt putt golf, and playground. It’s a short walk to the most beautiful beach in the world, or drive the golf cart. St. Andrews State Park is adjacent to VO, with its’ beaches, safe lagoon, shuttles to Shell Island, and hiking trails; making this location exceptional!
The Space
Our home is one of the larger newer homes in the community with a spacious open design and vaulted ceiling. There is a nice outdoor space and a golf cart available for your use.

Single story easy guest access with an outdoor ramp.
Notes
The resort does charge a weekly/monthly amenities fee, which is presently $75 per unit. Venture Out is a unique family friendly resort. Most homes are vacation homes that are rented to families in the summer and snowbirds in the winter. There are some permanent residents.

Neighbourhood
There is always something to do in Panama City Beach, from spending the day at the beach, shopping at Pier Park, golfing, taking the family to an arcade or zoo, enjoying live entertainment at a multitude of bars, breweries, a winery and outstanding restaurants. Throughout the year there are a number of festivals, car shows, Ironman competitions and sporting tournaments.
Getting to my home
Having a car is the most convent way to get here and around the area.
Nearest airport
Panama City Beach is serviced by the Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP). Our home is about a 40 minute car ride from there.
Getting Around
A car is convenient, but with Uber and delivery services, it is possible to get by without a car. There are many excellent restaurants, bars and beach shops within walking distance.
