General Overview

Our home is surrounded by beautiful large trees with great views overlooking a quiet spring feed lake, where you can fish, paddle and swim. We are just three miles from Antioch, IL; a charming historic village with many shops, restaurants and theaters. The near by Chain of Lakes offers boating and recreation. In the winter there is ice fishing on the lake and skiing at the nearby Wilmot Mountain Ski Resort. A train station in Antioch provides connections to O’Hare airport and Chicago.

The Space

Our home is comfortable and spacious with plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and have a great get away. Go for a paddle, gather the family around the fire pit in the evening.

Our home is on a quiet cul-de-sac in a residential neighborhood with a public beach on the lake.

Getting to my home

A car is most convenient. However we are located between Chicago and Milwaukee where there are good air connections. From Chicago and O’Hare airport there is a metro line to Antioch, IL, from where a short cab ride can get you to our house.

Nearest airport

We are about a 45 minute drive from both O’Hare airport in Chicago and the Milwaukee airport.

Getting Around

Antioch, IL with its many shops, grocery stores and restaurants is a five minute drive. Larger outlet malls are about 20 minutes away.
