General overview

My home has been in my family since 1986. In the time between then and now a lot has changed in the neighborhood! Surrounded by historic homes in the Belmont/Hillsboro/12 South neighborhood my house is a cute double corner lot with a roomy from and back yard, wrap around driveway and covered porch and back deck. Indoors I have all original hardwood floors and a lot of antique family decorations. I grew up in this house and inherited it as an adult so there is so much love here.

The space

You walk into a large open living room connected to the dining room. To the right is my modest kitchen and to the left is a short hallway with a full bath, phone nook, laundry room/office and my bedroom with queen sized bed. Off the laundry room is a deck. The master bedroom with a 2975 crushed blue velvet round bed and private full bathroom and walk in closet.
