General Overview

A 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with seaviews and an enclosed garden including a children’s play area. 10 min walk to beautiful beach with beachuts and beach bar; 5 min walk to family friendly pub with play area. Situated between Abersoch & Pwllheli in the stunning village of Llanbedrog

The Space

We have 1 king bedroom, 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple bunk room, 2 bathrooms a lounge/kitchen/dining space, front and rear gardens and sea views. We are very family friendly, with a children’s play area in the garden and a selection of toys and dressing up clothes for the little ones to enjoy..

Guest Access

2 floors, stairs. Bathroom and bedrooms on ground and first floor. Parking for 4+ vehicles on private drive *note that the track road leading to the house is unadopted and therefore a bit bumpy/steep - take your time driving up and down 😃

Notes

This is our holiday home and is also used as a holiday let during the peak school holiday periods. Although a second home, it has a well equipped kitchen and plenty of toys for children to enjoy and all bedding and towels are provided. If you would prefer to use the services of our cleaner on departure , this can be arranged. As we are out of the country on a gap year and the house is looked after by our cleaner, it won’t be possible to leave fresh milk/food items for our guests, so please stop at the shop on the way! There is a local Spar at the bottom of the road which opens daily until 8pm and a petrol station in Llanbedrog that has a small selection of groceries 24/7

Neighbourhood

Llanbedrog is a small village with two pubs, a hotel/restaurant, art gallery/cafe and beach bar. There is a grocery shop and pharmacy within 5 mins walk of the house. Llanbedrog beach is a stunning, child friendly beach with crystal clear water. Approx 3 miles either side of the village you will find the popular resorts of Abersoch & Pwllheli. Larger supermarkets are found in Pwllheli and there are lots of restaurants and take aways in Abersoch and Pwllheli although home delivery isn’t available in the area

Getting to my home

Llanbedrog is approx 1 hour drive from Bangor (nearest City) and around 2 hours drive from Manchester airport. While travelling locally there is a good bus service between Abersoch, Llanbedrog, Pwllheli and Criccieth and the train from Pwllheli goes through to Bangor. We would recommend having a car for the longer journeys/freedom to move around however

Getting Around

A car is recommended to get to the property but there are multiple walking and cycling routes surrounding it as well as train lines from Pwlhelli
