Welcome to this warm and inviting home nestled in the suburbs of Salt Lake City, Utah where you'll find some of the worlds best skiing! Park City, what was once an old mining town and home of the 2002 Winter Olympics is just 40 minutes drive. Other top skiing within a 30 -40 minute radius includes, Snowbird, Alta, Deer Valley and more. We’re 50 minutes to Sundance Resort, formerly owned by Robert Redford, a fun and romantic small ski resort worth seeing in the summer for a romantic visit and tram ride or winter of course for an affordable day of skiing for the entire family. Other top places to visit include Zion’s National Park, Bryce Canyon, Arches National Park, and Monument Valley south of Salt Lake. Utah is an amazing place to visit all year round..
This inviting home boasts plenty of room for a comfortable stay and is not only close to world class skiing, Utah offers some of the best hiking, fishing, golfing & boating! And lets not forget about all the fun eateries throughout the valley.
We are just 15 minutes from the Salt Lake Int'l airport, and within walking distance to TRAX - Utah's rail system.
The space
Our well appointed home is the perfect space for those who are traveling on business as well as for pleasure.
The home comes equipped with 5 bedrooms; 1 King & 4 Queen size beds and includes TV's with cable in each room.
Three bedrooms are upstairs and two bedrooms are in the basement.
There are 3 1/2 bathrooms - one on each floor, plus the master en-suite, all come supplied with linens and toiletries.
The front room provides comfortable space to enjoy conversation or snuggle up to a good book.
Enjoy the large family room, watching TV, listening to music, or simply cozying up to the gas fire place to keep you warm.
There's plenty of room to whip up your favorite meal in the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with all the pots & pans, dishes, and utensils needed, for that delicious meal for you and your guests to enjoy.
And certainly don't miss out on the private back yard, where you can cook up your favorite food on the grill while lovely conversation seating and a warm gas fire pit awaits you and your guests!
Guest access
There are a few different floors. The main floor consists of kitchen/dining, family room, front room and powder room with laundry. You will find two bedrooms with queen size beds in the basement and a full bathroom. The upstairs consists of the master bedroom en-suite that includes a king size bed and two guest bedrooms with queen size beds and another full size bathroom.
Notes
The home is equipped with a NEST system which provides easy check in. A code is provided to the guest before check in. The home is also equipped with outside security for safety.
Please note, due to family members health matters, we cannot have smoking in the home. We do have a private back yard with seating available to relax and smoke if you choose.
We are a very clean and respectful family. We take good care to leave others home clean and expect the same in return. I suppose we all feel this way, right?
While we prefer our home is left as you found it, we understand there are circumstances where you prefer or need to have someone else clean for you. If this is the case, we ask that you let us know before you leave, and we will arrange to have our cleaning crew provide the service. They charge $175. Which can be left on the counter.

We are approximately 15 miles south from the airport.
A car may be available with like exchange.

Getting around
The Salt Lake Valley is saturated with shopping malls & centers, restaurants, grocery stores and all the entertainment you could desire. TRAX is the public rail system. You could use TRAX to get to the home from the airport and downtown Salt Lake. But it is much easier to get around the Salt Lake Valley with a car.
