General Overview
Modern, clean , easy to relax and enjoy. The neighborhood is a mix of families, retired and holiday homes. It is a quiet, safe area where people take the time to talk. We are just a few hours drive to Hobbiton, Rotorua, mountains, 5 hours to Auckland. Our home is the perfect base for exploring the region and we are happy for 1 month plus exchanges.
The Space
Our family holiday home is a modern, warm ,well appointed sunny family home. We offer 3 bedrooms, 2 rooms have queen beds, the third room has 2 king singles, plus a cot. All rooms have ceiling fans. There is a large family bathroom with separate shower., and heated towel rail.
The half bathroom is a toilet and handbasin.
The kitchen has all facilities including basic pantry supplies for your use.
We supply the linen, towels, duvets, pillows, everything you need for your stay. Upon leaving, our amazing cleaner will ensure our home is returned to its pristine state, so you can leave knowing you don't have to worry about cleaning. This cost is covered by you and includes linen hire etc NZD$180.
Guest Access
Stairs to single level house.
There is plenty of off street parking for guests., along with an roomy garage that is attached to the house. It has internal access, makes a great indoor play area / storage / 2 living area . This also has the laundry, inside clothesline, plus workspace.
Notes
A couple of cupboards are locked with our personal belongings.
There is an outdoor clothesline behind the boat shed, plus an internal clothesline in the internal access garage.

Neighbourhood
A mix of permanent residents and holiday homes, it is a friendly quiet area. Playgrounds, disc golf, petanque, tennis, basketball are all around the corner. We supply sporting equipment for all these.
There a plenty of local hiking and biking trails all with 2 hours .
Getting to my home
A car is required as we are half an hour from Taupo, and there is no public transport.
Nearest airport
Taupo, half an hour, Auckland International airport is 5 hours away.
Getting Around
You will need a car.
Turangi (town) is 10 minutes drive, with supermarket,shops.
Taupo ( large town) just half an hour drive.
