General Overview

Located on the Giant Steps ski slope, ski run corner and ground floor, and centrally located to Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, and various other state and county parks and recreational areas, this 2 bedroom condo is a great summer or winter vacation location. Walk to ski lift and ski lodge, restaurants and shops in summer or winter. Minimal swap availability from mid Dec through March due to high season for rentals. https://www.visitbrianhead.org/Attractions The ski resort operates the ski lift for sight seeing and mountain biking during the summer weekends. They also host several concerts and festivals during the summer. The town operates a large pond that is stocked with trout(Utah fishing license required), and there is a basketball, volleyball, and pickle ball court. There are many mountain bike trails as well as a network of OHV roads for exploring the sights. Massive amounts dry utah powder fall on this high alpine mountain (base elevation over 9,000') in the winter, and the resort hosts several festivals during the summer. Summer activities on the mountain include mountain biking, archery, disc golf, zip lining, dry avalanche tubing, hiking, fishing, and star gazing. Winter activities are ski and snow boarding with a high speed lift loading just outside and below the condo. There is also night skiing on weekend nights and holidays, and a tubing park just outside the unit. Cross country skiing, snow shoeing, and snowmobiling is also popular during the winter season. 3.5 hours from Las Vegas; 1.5 hrs to Zion National Park; 1.5 hrs to Bryce; 3.5 hours to horse shoe bend of the Colorado River at Page; 35 minutes to the Parowan Gap petroglyph and dinosaur tracks site; 4 hours to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon; 2.25 hrs to Kanab, Utah

2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo with large living room and full kitchen. Shared gameroom and hot tub with sauna, BBQ area Wifi can be spotty

Guest Access

2nd floor of condominium complex, 1 flight of stairs from garage parking. Parking garage has a rigid height barrier of 80". There are a few parking spots outside the garage for higher vehicles.
