Located in The Villages Florida the villages are the largest very very active retirement community in the world. LOCATION!! Midway between Sumter Landing and Brownwood Paddock. Dancing and bands 365 days a year in 4 town centers!! Ove 70 Golf Courses and 700 Pools!! Yes all in our community!! Covers three counties in Florida. Approximately an hour from Orlando in the center of the states.

The Space

Beautiful Bright and Airy- Art Deco styled home. This is a 3/2, with two formal bedrooms and one bedroom that has been turned into a den, Pull out queen bed with new air matress for comfort. It also as a screened in Porch and an additional porch off of the den.

Notes

This is an enormous Community with everything you would want in a vacation. Antiquing, Polo, Concert Hall, with some great bands that have played here: The Righteous Brothers Gary Lewis and the Playboys Emerson, Lake and Palmer Blood, Sweat and Tears The Savannah Center also hosts tribute bands and acts that perform songs by famous acts like The Beatles, the Bee Gees, and Chicago!! I am going to see The Grass Roots this month!!

Orlando airport (MCO) is about an hour away. There is also a bus company that does regular pick-ups and deliveries to the Villages. Tampa Airport (TPA)about 1 1/2 hours away. Port Canaveral is about an hour and 45 min.
