Nestled in the palms, our guest cottage offers all of the natural tropical beauty of South Florida while not sacrificing any of the comfort and amenities. Newly renovated bathroom with oversized soaking tub, washer and dryer on site and several new kitchen appliances, this home was designed for comfort and relaxing.
The space
Open layout with living/dining and kitchen area makes it a great home to socialize in with a sunny Florida room to relax in as well. Two bedrooms- Master offers a comfy king bed and walk-in closet and large sliding doors for lots of light (and black out curtains for when sleep is the preference). Second bedroom offers a queen bed. Find your own secluded retreat among the butterflies and birds, without losing the convenience of being close to everything. Bungalow is a guesthouse on the property, behind our main residence.

We live the beautiful Prospect Park Neighborhood of West Palm Beach. Located 1 mile from the clear waters of Palm Beach Island, find yourself with your feet in the sand just under a 10 minute drive. Walk to several of the cute restaurants along US 1 for a morning coffee or bike up the intercoastal with stunning views of Palm Beach Island, just minutes from home. Located just a 5 minute drive from downtown WPB and the beautifully redesigned Rosemary Square, full of new restaurants, shopping and plenty of nightlife and 10 minutes to the iconic Worth Avenue, full of high-end shopping, galleries and fantastic restaurants.
Take advantage of the many parks in the area, 15 minutes to Peanut Island Paddle Boarding, Snorkeling and offering some of the best Scuba sightings in Florida. McArthur Park is 25 minutes away and offers Kayak rentals to explore the Manatee filled waters and beautiful snorkeling just off their beaches. The Blowing Rocks of Jupiter are 40 minutes away, one of Florida's most spectacular natural sites.
