Hospitality Description: Hospitality stay includes exclusive use of the upstairs (loft) large bedroom (queen sized bed), bathroom, activity/study area. The bedroom and bathroom are fully enclosed and totally private. The activity/study area is open plan and has natural light provided from the foyer and entrance. The kitchen trolley equipment and small fridge enables you to prepare drinks and snacks to enjoy in the comfort of your own space. Downstairs you will have shared access to the kitchen, laundry, garden and deck.

General Overview

Our home is a modern, light and airy design. It is a 400 metre easy walk to beautiful beaches used for safe swimming in a natural pool, snorkelling or sipping sunset drinks on the lawn. Our home accesses a corner shop or an easy 10 minute walk to the shopping centre, with a larger department complex a 30 minute walk away. Our home is an easy 10 minute walk to parks and reserves. There is a direct bus/train access to central city and tourist locations, within a 200 metre walk. The neighbourhood is quiet and hospitable. The house and garden is low maintenance allowing ample time for enjoying the many hospitality venues in the community within walking distance or easy bicycle/car/bus commute.

  • We've just spent 2 weeks in Miriam and Pauls beautiful home on a simultaneous exchange. The home is beautiful, comfortable immaculate and very spacious with absolutely everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. The location is great close to the beach and public transport if required. Communication was very easy with Miriam. We would definitely recommend staying at this beautiful home on any type of exchange as Miriam and Paul have a great set up for people to enjoy their privacy as a hosted stay as well as exchanges.
