The space
Pet Free, Smoke Free House
Frist floor is kitchen, bathroom and living space, TV etc, this opens up to a deck and large grass reserve, great for playing outside.
Second floor is an bedroom (currently being used as a playroom) with walk-in bathroom and adjacent living/playing space. (Note this can also be used as an office space).
Third Floor has 2 bedrooms, with a walk-in bathroom.
The second bedroom has a queen bed and working space for a stand up or sit down desk.
The third bedroom has 2 single beds, Montessori style for the safety and peace of mind of adults.

We are new to home exchanges but not new to travel or swapping homes with friends. In fact my husband and I met traveling in Peru in 2015. He is a Filipino-Kiwi and I am a Latina born in Canada, fast-forward to 2024 and we are married, living in New Zealand with 2 amazing explorers 3 & 4.
We have a newly built townhouse in Auckland New Zealand. The multi-cultural hub of food and wine, music, art and culture, this city offers stunning natural beauty with home comforts at your fingertips. Our community is very family friendly and welcoming.
