General overview

Beautiful 2 story family home with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Includes a formal dining room, spacious kitchen, comfortable family room, loft with ping pong table, screened in back patio overlooking a serene pond, and fire pit in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Community pool, splash pad and playground within walking distance.

The space

Downstairs you will find a guest bedroom with a queen sized bed and a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. The dining room table comfortably seats 8. There is an eat-in kitchen table that seats 6 and 4 bar stools at the island bar. There is a comfortable sectional with a 70in TV in the family room. The screened in patio has a dining table and chairs that overlook a beautiful pond. The backyard has a patio with two two-person swings and a fire pit. There is a small grassy yard with an iron fence and gate to the pond (pictured in our family picture). Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a queen sized bed and full bathroom en suite, laundry room with washer and dryer, a bedroom with a twin bed, another bedroom with a full bed, a full bathroom with two sinks and shower/toilet separated by a door, a loft with a couch, 65 in TV, ping pong table, and Lego bins, and the primary bedroom with a queen sized bed, TV, full bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. There will be two parking spaces in the driveway.

Guest access

2 stories with stairs. There is only one step into the house with a bedroom and full bathroom on main floor.

Our home is near the entrance of the neighborhood. There are sidewalks and walking paths throughout. There is a community pool with splash pad and playground in walking distance. Less than a mile away are the Shops at Rivertown (Publix grocery, restaurants, ice cream)

You will need a car to get around. There is no public transportation available and walking and biking is not feasible.
