Lovingly restored, designer owned beach house is located in a quiet neighborhood of Centerport on Long Island. This is the place to restore and reconnect. Water views from every room!
The beach house is our second home so we can easily offer non-simultaneous exchanges!
The space
Mid century beach house built in 1938 and lovingly restored, with a contemporary, airy feel and open layout. Beach house is 1850 sqft and expands over 3 levels - 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, it accommodates 6-8 people. Main level has open airy layout, 2 living areas connected by double faced fireplace, a dining room and kitchen. Kitchen, dining and living room offer 180 degree water views and access to wrap around deck. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, range, dishwasher and microwave. Hardwood floors throughout, except tile floor in kitchen and dining room.
Three bedrooms on upper level include the large master with amazing water views from the bed. Second bedroom is a generous double, third bedroom a cozy single. Main bathroom with large shower and double sink on upper level.
The lower level suite has its own entrance and newly renovated bathroom with large shower.
The beach house has stairs leading down to the beach with direct access to the water, inviting to a morning swim or walk along the beach. Beautiful outside patio with lounge chairs and BBQ.
Guest access
Beach house extend on 3 levels. Main level has kitchen, dining and two living rooms, one facing the water, one hugging the mountain, connected by a double sided fireplace. Terraces lead down to water and private beach. Plenty of stairs both inside and outside.
