General Overview

Built in the 1950s, our house is bright and warm- with many different spaces for your family- including a large family room, 2 bedrooms up stairs, 2 on the main level, and a finished basement bedroom/office. Our garden is lush and wild-with pool, hot tub, swings for kiddos, bikes, AND chickens. We are 3 blocks with a playground and downtown Davis as well as 2 blocks from UCDavis. Walkable to the public library, duck ponds, and many other different activities.
