General Overview

This is a real home, not an investment property. I offer my 60m3, 3-room apartment (2 separate bedrooms + living room, kitchen, beautiful terrace with a BBQ, AC, Washer & dryer, parking garage, elevator,) comfortable and very family-friendly, ideal for a family of 4, but can also accommodate up to 6 people (2 Bedrooms + double pullout sofa in the living room) In complete comfort, new and fully-equipped flat in the closest suburb of Paris, but accessible by public transport 10 minutes from the center of Paris, 5mins from Gare du Nord/Est, Gare de Lyon, and by public transport to 2 airports - CDG ( 30 minutes by metro), and Orly (40 minutes by metro), Disneyland parks (1 hour by transport). We have an organic pastry and bread shop on the ground floor, grocery stores, bars and restaurants nearby, but the area is very quiet, yet close to everything (city-center, airports, etc) I can give you tips about exploring the city and making the most of your trip here. You can expect to have everyhing that you have at your own home : from shampoo, paper towels, salt, pepper, spices , sugar, flower and basic dry goods (pasta, rice, cans of food), kids toys, hair dryer, cleaning products, and vacuum cleaner and all the towels you may need. You will feel right at home and won't need to buy laundry detergent and all these additional annoying things that are always missing at the Airbnb apartments Most importantly, this apartment is air-conditioned, so in the hot summer days, after walking around the hot city all day, you can come home to the comfort of a cool temperature, and relax, sleep well at night (I can provide fans too, if you prefer not to use the central air conditioning). Access to housing: Train RER B Stade de France: 5 min walk Metro 12: Popular front: 10min walk Bus stop nearest: 1 min walk Stade de France: 10 min walk Located at : 1 stop to Gare du Nord station, 2 stops to Chatelet Les Halles station (heart of Paris) and 3 stops to St Michel Notre Dame station Guest access Self-check in using a key lock with a code. Other things to note Bedroom 1: 1 Queen size bed, Bedroom 2: Twin bed + 1 convertible sofa , In the living room = Queen size convertible sofa. There’s a cleaning fee when exchanging for a Globe and no cleaning fee if simultaneous exchange. Parking in underground garage of the building can be possible for additional fee and based on availability.
