It is a cosy place, ideal for a family with children, with a swimming pool in the building (open from 15 June to 15 September) and a five-minute walk from the beach. Very well located, next to shopping centres, restaurants and pubs. It has public transport to go to the centre of Alicante and tram to reach other towns on the coast (Campello, Benidorm, La Vila, etc.). Parking space available in the building.

Neighbourhood

Few neighbors in low season, very quiet.
In summer, families with children in a very pleasant and familiar atmosphere as we have all known each other for several years.

From Alicante airport by taxi in about 30 minutes.
From the train station by taxi in 15 minutes, by tram about 30 minutes.

There are 2 shopping centers within walking distance. Several restaurants and takeaway shops. Also several places for children. Lots of pubs and nightlife with live music in summer by the sea.

We are brother and sister, Spanish and over sixty years old. My brother is an artist and has a great passion for sculpture and painting. I worked for many years as a civil servant in the European Union. I am a translator by training and I have also volunteered as a language teacher for children.
We are both currently retired and take advantage of this stage of life to travel the world in search of new experiences and enriching encounters.
We have been living in Brussels for more than 25 years and have a nice apartment in Playa de San Juan, Alicante (Spain), available for exchange.
