General Overview

It is a cosy place, ideal for a family with children, with a swimming pool in the building (open from 15 June to 15 September) and a five-minute walk from the beach. Very well located, next to shopping centres, restaurants and pubs. It has public transport to go to the centre of Alicante and tram to reach other towns on the coast (Campello, Benidorm, La Vila, etc.). Parking space available in the building.

Next to the kitchen 1 bathroom with shower and washing machine. 1 master bedroom for a couple giving access to a spacious bathroom with shower (wheelchair accessible) and bathtub, and also with access to the terrace. 1 bedroom with sofa bed for 2 children. 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Air conditioning and heating in living room and all bedrooms. Security alarm system. WiFi is available and there is also a printer, keyboard, mouse and headphones. Parking space in the building.

Notes

A cleaning charge of 50 euros is required before leaving the apartment. Very well connected. Public transport: bus 21 and 22. Tram lines 4 and 5. Also tram to get to Campello, Villajoyosa, Benidorm, Altea, Denia, etc...

Neighbourhood

Few neighbors in low season, very quiet. In summer, families with children in a very pleasant and familiar atmosphere as we have all known each other for several years.

From Alicante airport by taxi in about 30 minutes. From the train station by taxi in 15 minutes, by tram about 30 minutes.

Lola

We are a Spanish brother and sister duo, aged 59 and 60. My brother is an artist with a passion for sculpting and painting. I worked as a translator and volunteer teacher for children, and I love dancing. We are both on a retreat and eager to travel the world, seeking new experiences.
