General overview
We have a 2-bedroom house in Cancun, Mexico, it has 2 floors and has a privileged location, with easy and quick access with car, to the beach, the airport, and downtown Cancun. In a new residential area with many restaurants, bars and businesses.
The residential has controlled access and they are only families, we have several neighbors with children who are our friends and will be happy to help if they need it.
The space
In the lower floor you will find kitchen, living room, a bathroom, and a patio with washing machine.
In the first floor is a main bedroom with closet and bathroom, one additional bedrooms and a bathroom, as well as a TV room. All areas have an air conditioning, that are necessary to deal with cancun weather.
In our porch drive we have a small gym, several dumblers and machines as well as a static bike.
Notes
This is a residential area, it is better to have a car, but you can also uso public transport or taxis

Neighbourhood
Our house is in a privileged location to feel like a local in a nice area. There are plenty of well known restaurants and bars on a walking distance or short drive..
Public beach is around 15-20 minutes drive and it is spectacular. You can also take a ferry to isla mujeres that is always a great option.

Getting to my home
We are 15 minutes drive from cancun internacional airport. Fastest way is by taxi, but you could also take a bus to city center and a short taxi drive to the house
