The Fluffy's house is a bright, cosy apartment just outside Milan with relaxing views of the countryside. It has all the amenities you may need during a stay and is located in a very friendly neighborhood, surrounded by many places to visit nearby and plenty of experiences to do within walking distance.

Milan is about 15 minutes away by car, but just 5 minutes away you can take the metro. There is also a convenient tram that takes you directly to the center and is about 500 meters from the apartment.

Starting from our apartment you can also visit the city of Pavia, Lodi and Monza (about 30 minutes by car) but also the beautiful Oltrepó Pavese or the rich Brianza where there are beautiful villages, often unknown, just waiting to be discovered!

The Space

This home consists of a living area with an open kitchen, two bedrooms (one double, one twin), two bathrooms, and two balconies.
Being exposed on two sides, it is very bright and airy.
With full heating and cooling systems plus all essential comforts, it’s perfectly set up for a great stay!

Neighbourhood

The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with a beautiful park nearby perfect for long walks or bike rides. We are located right next to one of the Navigli canals connecting Milan and Pavia. Our neighbors are very peaceful and easygoing, but we kindly ask you to respect the 'quiet hours' (early morning, early afternoon, and late evening) to avoid any disturbance. I know you’ll understand! :)

Getting to my home

Although having a car is the easiest way to reach various destinations, public transport to Milan and Pavia is available

Nearest airport

Milan Linate is the closest airport (20 minutes by car). However, Malpensa and Orio al Serio are also well-connected to the city center. Once in Milan, you can simply hop on the metro 2 (the green one) until the stop Abbiategrasso and then the tram number 15 until the end of the line to get to the apartment

Getting Around

We are located near two large shopping malls featuring all the major brands. However, for some serious shopping, you can easily hop on the number 15 tram, which takes you directly to the Duomo. There, you can explore the most fashionable and trendiest boutiques in the business—after all, Milan is the world’s fashion capital!
