General Overview

Our home is a sunny, spacious mid-century charmer with a fenced front yard, beautiful kidney bean pool in the back, full grill and deck and perfect for entertaining. We have 4 bedrooms (5 if you count the office) and 2.75 baths. Parking is easy (garage or street). We have a home on a hill with a view - it's fabulous and a spacious retreat. Good for kids, families, singles, anyone that wants a quiet, peaceful oasis close to everything that nearby Eagle Rock, Glassell, and Highland Park have to offer! We are 20 minutes from DTLA, and about 55 minutes to the Beach. Freeway adjacent - very close to the 2 freeway and the 134.

The Space

Sunny, open floor plan. Has both a living room and a family room, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a large kitchen. Plenty of space for a family of four and a dog, or more. We are on a hill (hence the great view) but still walkable to Sprouts, coffee shops, and Eagle Rock's Colorado Blvd.

Starbucks is right down the hill.
