Townhous 4 br with rooftop terrace just outside the city centre Stockholm. 5-20 minutes to everything by subway. We are a family of four. I’m a musician, but now also studying, Marcus works at the defensdepartment. Kids are 14 and 6 . Welcome to our home!

Hospitality Description: We are new to this, but we are open for suggestions. Simultaneous or non-simultaneouss swap. We have a small guest room that makes it possible to offer a short hospitality stay for women traveling on their own or with one child. Feel free to message requests.
World wide. We want to travel as a family.
We want to go south in the winter /fall /spring.
Since we have a cottage nearby where we spend most of the summer, we can host you , non simultaneous in our home during summer.

General Overview
Stockholm.We love this area just outside the city centre, south of Södermalm.
It’s friendly and calm, social and as close to town as you get. We love the glassed terrace. The yard and playground and grill houce just outside.. It’s quite roomy. Two floors, five bedrooms (but we close one to put our personal stuff while we are away.)
Great neigbours, who will help with whatever.
4 minutes walk to the subway stop Blåsut.
5-15 minutes by subway to the city.
Close to nature reserve Nackareservatet . It is very close to the Globe (Avicci) arena. Good parking.
Great for kids (but stairs)
The Space
The entrence is on the ground floor, but then the apartmwnt is on the two top floors.
Kitchen , bathrooms, and two (three) bedrooms on first floor.
Livingroom , two bedrooms and terrace on second (top) floor.
One bedroom with one (huge) kingsize family bed (210cmx210cm)
Upstairs
One bedroom with 120cmx200 (teenagers room)
Downsrairs
One bedroom with regular kingsize bed 180cmX200cm
It is possible to put in xtra beds here if you have kids whon need to sleep in the same room as you, for intace.

We spend a lot of time om the terrace all year round.

We can do simultaneous or non simultaneous during summer. We have a cottage to go to so we can host you in our home.
We are looking to go to warmER (doesn’t have to be beach-warm) during spring/fall/christmas- school breaks.
Kids are 6(7) and 14 years old.
Love historical places. Nature/city we’re open to what comes along.

Getting Around
You easily get to everything in Stockholm by subway.
Or you can walk in to town, takes 25-30 minutes to Södermalm.
10 minutes by subway to Gamla stan and the castle by subway
5 minutes to Södermalm.
15 minutes to Östermalm
We have bikes and kids carriers you can use also.
We go by bike or boat manly :)

Elle-Kari’s house is very characterful - it’s spacious and cosy with lots of plants and a low-key scandi style. The area is convenient for getting into central Stockholm as well as being a nice place to spend time in and of itself. We spent quite a bit of time exploring the nice restaurants, parks and bakeries close to the flat. The nature reserve is very close by - within ten minutes bike ride it felt like we were in the countryside, with lots of nice walks and lakes to swim in. -
A perfect exchange! We were the first guests but we won't be the last. The house of Elle-Kari is superb, it has a lot of charm and you immediately feel at ease there. It is located near a metro to go to the city center, you get there very quickly. There is also a bus that takes you to a lake where you can swim and hike in the forest. There are so many things to do in Stockholm and its archipelago that 15 days was not enough😉. Elle-Kari greeted us and was available to answer our questions. She also invited us to the little house on an island where we met the whole family. Thank you for the welcome.

Our home is a townhous in a green area just outside the City. South of Södermalm. Ealking distance in to town.
5-15 minutes by subway to the city center, and a ten minute walk to Globen.
We love living here so close to everything yet calm and green close to the woods and lakes.
