Our mountain home (plus guest cabin) is a multi-level cabin within a close proximity to all activities Big Bear has to offer. One block from the lake and Holloways Marina rent you can rent boats.  A short drive to the village with shops and restaurants. Close to National Forest hiking trails and two ski resorts.  7-person Hot Tub in the backyard under the stars.

LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2600+ sq ft home with living room and guest house with separate living room, fireplace, and kitchen, ceiling fans, dining table, bar seating, a beautiful rock gas/wood burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating. 

ROOMS & BEDS - Main house - 4 bedroom, 3 bath. Upstairs master bedroom has a king bed and private bath. Downstairs second bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs third bedroom has a queen bed. Downstairs fourth bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed and twin bed. Guest house - 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Fifth bedroom has a queen bed. Sixth bedroom has a twin/twin bunk bed plus one additional twin. Extra blankets and pillows are available.

KITCHEN - Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, stove with oven, double door refrigerator with ice maker and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games and card games. Smart TVs and streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax near the cozy wood burning fireplace. 

OUTDOORS - Enjoy the private hot tub in the back yard. Large upper front deck with patio furniture, and gas barbecue.

PARKING - 6 car driveway, EV Car Charger.

Neighbourhood

a pebbly beach on the lake is at the end of our street.  Marina is a block away and has a little playground and a variety of boats to rent.  Lovely Downtown Village is one mile away from the house.

Happy Family of 5 globetrotters from Southern California.  My husband and I are both engineers working in San Diego with the ability to work remotely.  Our daughters have traveled to Central America and Europe and we're looking forward to showing more of the world to them.
