General overview
The house is a small looking three bed semi detached property in a small very quiet residential estate. Inside the property is spacious, with a utility, sunroom and covered patio being built at present. The house is near bus stop and within walking distance to local shop and filling station. A big Tesco is just a bit further away. The local bus stop drives around the town, stopping at main bus depot, train station and local shopping areas.
The space
House has new kitchen, two bathrooms with 2 toilets and 2 showers, one with bath. Good central heating and open fire. New windows throughout. There are three bedrooms, largest of which has king bed and ensuite attached. Front bedroom has a double bed and third bedroom has a bunk bed. There are 2 steps in through front door and similar at back porch.
Guest access
Only one floor in the house, unfortunately the house would probably not be easily accessible to someone using a wheelchair.
Notes
Nearby you will find many interesting places to visit, many of which are free. First stop would be local museum, then off to see the sea and mountains 'sweeping down to the sea', for which this area is famous.

Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful.
Getting to my home
A car would be preferable mode of transport. Train from either Dublin or Belfast stops in Newry. Then busy bus or local taxi to house. Also buses from Dublin and Belfast to Newry, and a local bus from there to the house.
Nearest airport
Dublin airport is handy as you can get a bus from outside terminal to Newry city centre.
Either Belfast city or international airport too. Public transport or hire car would be needed.
Getting around
Shop is close enough to walk to or guests could make use of local bus service. For overseas swap a car swap could be negotiated.

I've travelled all over world as a backpacker in my younger years. I enjoy meeting new people and going to new places. We are a Solo mum family and always off on adventures every opportunity we get.

"Near Torrevieja, an area we know very well, or elsewhere for a new adventure."
