General Overview

Large and Sunny four-bedroom home in Acton, MA. We have an ideal location as we are a 5 minute walk to the commuter rail that brings you into Boston in 40 minutes. Our home is large, bright, quiet and comfortable, with complete privacy from neighbors. We recently moved here from Paris and enjoy our new suburban lifestyle!

The Space

Living room, dining room, kitchen, sun room and 4 bedrooms upstairs 2.5 bathrooms Nice yard with no vis-a-vis and BBQ and porch for eating out in the summer.

2 stories, stairs to bedrooms, stairs to main entry. Lights along entry.

Notes

We have a car we are willing to exchange. We have a cat and dog and would love to offer our home to pet sitters with no exchange expected in return!

Neighbourhood

Many trails, Apple picking, local farms, hiking, numerous off-road biking trails, local stores, close to historic areas and a very easy train ride into Boston. NARA park is a joy in summertime with lots of green space, areas to picnic, and a small beach. Many hiking trails nearby. Our town is full of very friendly and helpful people including many neighbors and family members close by that can help you if needed during your stay.

Getting to my home

Fitchburg commuter rail to South Acton A car is needed to fully benefit from the area - we are open to exchanging our car which has 7 seats.

Getting Around

À car is needed to enjoy the area but you can also take advantage of numerous off-road bike trails that are very pleasant and bring you to neighboring towns.
