Neighbourhood
Beautiful park across the street. Atwater Market is the place to go for fresh food! The Lachine Canal for walks, jogs, and bicyling. TIP: Buy food at the atwater market, then have a picnic at the canal. Lots of cool cafes and stores. Lovely walk into downtown.
Nearest airport
Pierre Elliott Trudeau Airport. It's about twenty-five minutes away — shorter in low traffic times, longer at rush hour.
Getting Around
We are very close to two metro stops! Only a few minutes walk away in all directions to stores, cafes, grocery stores, and even the city's best movie theatre (former home of the Montreal Canadiens hockey team).

Olivia and Josh
We're Olivia and Josh, a creative couple who love exploring the world, making things, and finding joy in the little details of everyday life.
Olivia is an engineer who loves bringing ideas to life, while Josh is a writer who spends his mornings working on stories. We live a fairly peaceful life and enjoy café hopping, thrift stores, yoga, climbing, and spotting interesting architecture. We're friendly, thoughtful, considerate, and well-organized, and always aim to leave places a little better than we found them.
Josh has a young daughter who occasionally joins us on our adventures!
Sometimes we travel separately, too. Olivia occasionally travels with her mother, a retired postal worker who loves walking and caring for animals. They enjoy sightseeing, reading, early nights, swimming, and discovering local bakeries and sweet treats.
We've enjoyed our home exchange experiences so far and are excited for many more, both as guests and hosts. We're also happy to care for pets if needed.
