Fully equipped kitchen, pot filler over gas stove, dishwasher, French door refrigerator, euro laundry unit, on demand hot water heater and wine cooler. Large open living / dining area features hardwood floors and bank of glass wall windows, places you amongst the treetops to view daily wildlife feeding. Living area has large rock fireplace with gas logs and second cast iron gas heater. Living room has two queen sleeper sofas. Master on main split king Temperpedic with adjustable frame. Master en-suite bath featuring whirlpool tub, heated floors, bidet, double vanity and steam shower. Private deck with pergola adjoins Master suite. Outdoor Deck with Big Green Egg, Blackstone Grill and dining area adjoins kitchen/laundry/ pantry area. Children’s activities and toys, adult bikes and canoe.

Guest access to entire home except upstairs bedroom, amenities (pool, tennis and pickelball courts, lakes, canoes, trails)
Notes
Home completely remodeled in 2019. Guests of homeowner will be listed as guest at guardhouse entry. Only listed guests may enter neighborhood. Listing shows pets welcome and they are, except cats due to Rick’s allergies to cats.

Neighbourhood
Lakes, canoeing, kayaking, pool, picnic area with fish cleaning station, waterfalls, deer and turkey are abundant in this nature preserve community. On site garbage repository at entrance to community.
Host will review with guest the neighborhood covenants designed to protect the nature preserve environment and tranquility ( no hunting, 25 mph speed limit, no fireworks, etc) to assure full understanding about good neighbor expectations prior to finalizing home exchange.
Located in the heart of Georgia Wine country and foothills of the Appalachian Mountains
Getting to my home
Atlanta airport is closest large commercial airport, 2 hours away. Also Greenville SC and Chattanooga TN airports are about 1.5 hours away, scenic drives with less traffic but generally higher fares.
Auto access is through 24 hour manned guard house.

Rick is retired from Atlanta Public Schools as software developer. Susan’s health system consultant firm is home based business. We enjoy hiking and other outdoor activities. Rick is avid backpacker having completed over 700 miles of Appalachian Trail. We have four grandchildren and our home is a welcoming spot for their visits!
