General Overview
Super comfortable and well-loved home with something for everyone.
Less than 20 mins to the beautiful Ponte Vedra beaches, Amelia & Fernandina Islands nearby and of course the gorgeous old town of St Augustine- oldest town in USA, with a European feel.
Orlando is just under two hours away, so perfect for a day trip to Universal or Disney.
The Space
The large outdoor area is perfect for entertaining with giant TV, outdoor kitchen with gas bbq, pool, hot tub, outdoor traditional wood fired pizza oven, inground trampoline & fire pit.
Surrounded by large trees & beautiful golf course yet set back so maximum privacy. Quiet evenings filled with birdsong and stars. Armadillos, deer and the odd bobcat may visit.
The house has 2 ensuite bedrooms downstairs, (the main is a king and the guest suite is a queen), dining room, lounge and office with sleeper couch and TV. Upstairs there are 3 ensuite bedrooms (2 are queen beds and 1 is a double or full bed) and a large media / tv room with a 100" TV for a real cinematic experience. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Neighbourhood
Set in a beautiful, established golf course estate with a community pool with a waterslide, tennis courts, basketball courts, kids playground and gym. There is a lovely restaurant and bar at the Clubhouse called The Bridge.
Getting to my home
Easiest would be to fly in to Jacksonville International Airport and drive the 35 minutes to the house.
Alternatively, Daytona Beach Airport is an hour away and Orlando Airport is just under 2 hours.

Closest airport is Jacksonville International Airport.
Daytona Beach Airport (DAB) is an hour away.
Orlando International Airport is 2 hours.
Getting Around
Car is necessary to get to the shops. Although you can walk to the new Aldi from the clubhouse- less than a mile.
