Overlooking the city of Grenoble from the western flank of the Vercors, our house is an excellent holiday destination for lovers of the mountains, snow and the great outdoors and a strategic location for quick access to the various ski resorts of the Isère. Easy access to the city of Grenoble allows you to enjoy the landside for adults, teens and children. The house has four bedrooms including a master suite and one with shower room on the ground floor and two large bedrooms upstairs. A very practical room at the entrance is dedicated to cleaning (washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, wardrobe, cleaning products, ironing, sink, etc.). Kitchen open to the living room with large panoramic bay window, and small intimate living room with video projection screen. The panoramic view of the Belledonne chain and the Chartreuse massif from the terrace and its swimming lane are a delight for the eyes. The shade of the large lime tree invites you to relax, read or take a nap after a good swim in summer. The shaded hiking and mountain biking trails are car-free, directly from the house to directly access a beautiful balcony overlooking the town from the mountain Very comfortable and pleasant family house, tastefully decorated in a minimalist and contemporary spirit.

As a couple in their forties with children or rather very young adults, a doctor and a financial consultant by trade, we love nature, good food and above all the discovery of new places and new people. We take care of our vacation rental places as if they were our home, and wish we had people who would do the same for ours. Sometimes there are only two of us travelling, when the children are not available.
