  • We were able to spend winter break week in this lovely apartment centrally located in Ghent. We used a globe. It's a second home which is normally rented out, but we were in easy contact with our host Jessie. We really enjoyed the location and the fact that everything was quite new and well organised. We walked around Ghent and visited smaller cities like Bruges and Kortrijk during the week. We can warmly recommend it.

We are Jessie and Peter, a Belgian couple in our late 50 'ies. I manage a student residence for the University of Leuven and my husband works for the European Commission as an expert in digital finance. We are avid travelers, and have been all over the world. We lived in Washington DC for 5 years while my husband was working as a diplomat. We have 2 adult daughters who left the nest but love to travel with us sometimes. We love animals and have 3 cats who live with us in our main home in Brussels. We have a second home in the wonderful, historic city of Ghent which we offer for exchanges., either sim, non-sim, or globe. Our waterfront penthouse in Ghent is right in the center and the ideal spot to discover the historic city. You will always have the place to yourself since our main home is in Brussels. We are open to all destinations.
