Welcome to our home in beautiful Pemberton, British Columbia, just 35 km north of Whistler Ski Resort and about 120 km north of Vancouver. Nestled on a half-acre lot with breathtaking mountain views, our spacious four-bedroom home is the ideal retreat for families or couples seeking a true mountain escape.
Inside, you’ll find all the comforts of home — a large basement media room, home gym, pool table, table tennis, and a kids’ playroom for plenty of fun and relaxation. After a day of exploring, unwind in the hot tub under the stars or enjoy a restorative session in the private sauna.
Pemberton is an outdoor lover’s paradise, offering mountain biking, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, dirt biking, fishing, skydiving, and paragliding year-round. Whether you’re chasing powder, exploring alpine trails, or simply soaking in the tranquility, this region has it all.

The Space
The Space
Our large family home in Pemberton is designed for comfort, connection, and adventure. With open-plan living and plenty of natural light, it’s the perfect place to gather for family dinners, relax by the fire, or entertain friends after a day outdoors.
The spacious kitchen and dining area are made for shared meals and good conversation, while the living room opens to views of the surrounding mountains. Outside, the half-acre yard offers room to play, garden, or unwind in the sunshine. In the evenings, soak in the hot tub or enjoy a quiet moment in the sauna/spa area.
There’s ample garage and storage space for bikes, skis, and gear — or simply to spread out and enjoy the freedom of space. From the front door, it’s a short walk to the Lillooet River, local coffee shops, and the village trails. Whistler’s slopes are only 35 km away, while world-class snowmobiling starts right here in Pemberton.
Whether you’re here for mountain adventure or quiet family time, our home has everything you need to relax, recharge, and feel at home in the heart of the Sea-to-Sky corridor.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire home and property. You’ll arrive to plenty of parking in the front yard and a double garage that leads directly inside — drive right in and step into comfort.
From the garage, you enter the basement level, home to our media room, gym, and games area with pool and table tennis — the perfect spot to unwind or entertain.
Head upstairs to the main floor, where we spend most of our time. This level features a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area centered around a large fireplace, creating a warm and social gathering space. You’ll also find two bedrooms with ensuites, a laundry, and a powder room on this floor.
Up one more flight is the top level, featuring two large queen bedrooms, a spacious kids’ playroom with a climbing wall, and our home office.
Off the main living area, step onto the large south-facing deck with patio furniture and a covered outdoor space for year-round enjoyment. The back garden offers room to play, relax, and enjoy the sauna and hot tub area, while the surrounding mountains provide a stunning backdrop.

We love sharing our home and the Pemberton lifestyle. Please make yourself comfortable and enjoy everything the space and surroundings have to offer. We just ask that you treat the home with care, take shoes off inside, and enjoy the quiet beauty of our neighbourhood. Our home is located in a peaceful, family-friendly area of Pemberton, British Columbia, just a short walk from the Lillooet River and the village centre. You can stroll into town for coffee, local shops, and restaurants, or set off straight from the house onto scenic walking, biking, and hiking trails that weave through forests, farmland, and along the river.
Pemberton is known for its relaxed small-town charm and incredible year-round adventure. In winter, you’re only 35 km from world-famous Whistler Blackcomb, offering some of the best skiing and snowboarding on the planet. For those who prefer a wilder ride, Pemberton is home to some of the best snowmobiling terrain in the world.
In summer, enjoy mountain biking, fishing, dirt biking, paragliding, skydiving, or simply relaxing among the mountains and meadows. The community is friendly, safe, and welcoming — a place where people say hello on the trails and the pace of life feels just right.

Getting to my home
Getting Here
Our home is located in Pemberton, British Columbia, about 120 km (75 miles) north of Vancouver and roughly a 2-hour 15-minute drive from Vancouver International Airport (YVR).
The drive itself is part of the adventure — you’ll travel along the spectacular Sea-to-Sky Highway (Hwy 99), passing through Squamish and Whistler before reaching the Pemberton Valley. It’s one of the most scenic drives in Canada, with stunning ocean, forest, and mountain views the whole way.
From Whistler, continue 35 km north to Pemberton. Once in town, our home is just a few minutes from the village centre on a quiet country road near the Lillooet River.
If you’re not driving, there are also shuttle services and private transfers available from Vancouver and Whistler to Pemberton. We’re happy to share recommendations for the most convenient and reliable options.

Richard & Suzanne
We are Richard, Suzanne and Emma. Richard is originally from N. Ireland and married to Suzanne from Vancouver, BC Canada. Emma is 17 and we all live in Pemberton/Whistler. We love to travel and adventure. We love to hike, bike and all outdoors fun. Richard is a real 2 wheel moto enthusiast. We plan on doing a fair amount of exchange in the following years as Emma takes off to uni. We will always try to get her to come though. Suzanne loves to run, yoga and pickle ball seems to be getting more attention. We will seek sunshine during our winter months.
