General overview
Our 3 bedroom besser brick home was built in 1975 by Fasham Homes. We have a high front fence, electric gate and hedges surrounding our home which affords great security and privacy.
Our heated in-ground spa will keep you warm on Melbourne's chilly days. The highlight of our home is our beautiful garden which offers something no matter what time of the year you visit. Apple, apricot, olive and cherry trees, a weeping cherry, beautiful rhododendron, bulbs which pop up and suprise ... and more! Come check it out!
The space
Main bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite (shower + sink) and office desk. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 3rd has a double sofa bed.
Main bathroom has toilet, shower and sink. There is another seperate toilet too.
We have a small but well equipped kitchen which adjoins the dining room. There is a TV in this area. The living room has a large couch and TV with Netflix, Stan and Disney subscriptions. A big front sliding door which overlooks the front garden.
A carport for your vehicle if you have one.
We have 2 children who would happily share their things - large and small trampoline, bikes, trikes, sandpit, swings, climbing frames, and toys galore!

Neighbourhood
Sunbury is a well established town and has everything you will need. A brand new playground with Ninja Course has just opened at the end of our street, and there are many others around the town.
Only 7 minutes drive from our home is 'The Nook' - a small natural lake with Jackson's Creek running through, ducks and geese, perfect for a picnic or exploring.
Organ Pipes National Park has impressive million year old basalt columns that resemble organic pipes. They are part of an Aboriginal cultural landscape in the traditional country of the Wurunjeri people. Beautiful serene spot for a picnic and explore.
There are a multitude of wineries around this area. We are the gateway to the beautiful Macedon Ranges - a foodies paradise. Beautiful cafes and restaurants, bars and markets.
Easy trip to the city by train or car. Melbourne City is full of colourful laneways, delicious coffee and food, experiences such as the National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Museum, River Cruises, Zoo, Aquarium, Walking Tours, Federation Square and Chinatown to name a few.
Melbourne has festivals and events to cater to all tastes - Melbourne Food and Wine Festival, Moomba, Italian Festival, Greek Festival, BeerFest, Melbourne Flower Show to name a few.
Melbourne hosts many sporting events such as Formula 1, Australian Open, AFL games, NRL games, soccer games.
Getting to my home
Our home is about 20 minutes away from Tullamarine Airport. You can catch a taxi (around $70) or 2 buses - first from the Airport to Sunbury Bus Depot, then from the Depot to our house. A Myki is required for the bus and these trips would cost around $5 total.
Nearest airport
Tullamarine Airport is 20 minutes away by car or taxi. You can also catch a bus to Sunbury from the airport to Sunbury Bus Depot, followed by another bus that will drop you a short walk from our home (Myki required)
Getting around
A short walk of 10 minutes, or a 2 minute drive will get you to a cornerstore, bottle shop, Vietnamese Bakery, Aldu, Chemist, Indian Grocery Store, Hairdresser, Butcher, Nando's, Fish and Chip Shop, Bar and Grill.
A short bus ride, or 5 minute drive will get you to the train station, Coles, Woolworths, Harris Scarfe, Target, Clothing Stores, pubs, Newsagents, Post Office, restaurant's and more!
V-Line train can get you into Melbourne City in 30 minutes. V-Line will take you to the Macedon Ranges (Gisborne, Macedon, Woodend, Kyneton) and onto Bendigo or Echuca.
Metro train can get you into Melbourne City in around 50 minutes.
