My house sit at the corner to a cul de sac with access from 2 quiet streets. It is a well loved house with some renovations. 2 bedrooms downstairs with a full bath, living room and kitchen. Upstairs has 1 spacious bedroom and 1 office (2 workstation desks both with dual monitor setup) and 2nd full bath. There is also a queen size sofa bed in the office for additional sleeping arrangement of 2 adults comfortably. A double car garage and a fenced private yard with grass.

The Space

2 bedrooms downstairs, one for kids room with a crib, blackout curtains, sound machine and monitors setup. Second bedroom next door with closet, dresser, TV and a queen bed.

This is a mobility/senior friendly house as there is minimal stairs (2 steps) from outside to the bedroom and full bath bathroom downstairs. Shower downstairs is a walk-in shower. 

Kitchen and living room also downstairs. 

Upstairs we have 2 spacious rooms, one bedroom and second one used as an office. In the office there are 2 working stations, each work statins have a dell docking and dual monitors setup for use. Also a queen size pull out couch in the room.

Guest Access

We have a few bikes in the garage available for use and a EV charing station inside the double garage.

Notes

This is our primary home. We are mainly looking for Calgary Alberta and Denver Colorado US for exchange as we take our kid to these 2 cities for ongoing medical therapy treatments 3 weeks at a time. We can do either reciprocal exchange during those trips or stay using 2 globals for the 3 weeks at our home.

The house is 5 mins drive to the famous Steveston fisherman's wharf.

Nearest airport

YVR is only 12 mins drive from our home.

Getting Around

We have a neighborhood grocery store 5 mins walk from our home, also a drug store with daily essentials and some restaurants in the same complex.

Bus stop is 3 mins walk from our home that connect you to the SkyTrain station.
