Neighbourhood
Cumbaya is a shopping and family community in a valley below Quito. Only 25 mins from the Quito airport and 25 mins to the Centro Histórico, we are <5 minutes to USFQ and upscale shopping districts (Scala + Paseo SF), historic town center (Cumbaya), the Chaquinan (30km multiuse urban path for walking, hiking, biking). Right by the Ruta Viva.
Getting to my home
Only 25 mins from the Quito airport And right off the Ruta Viva, you can drive, take city transport (with a 7 min walk uphill) or take one of many abundant taxis or Ubers.

Quito International Airport (UIO) - 25 mins
Getting Around
Some walking (10-15 mins) or 5 min drive or uber (abundant). Driving is also possible, although traffic can make uber less frustrating.
