Main level, open concept living and dining room.
Dining room table seats 4 comfortably and counter seats 3 more. When we pull up two more chairs to the table we can squeeze 6. Including the bar that accommodates 9 but it’s a cozy fit at that point.
Stairs up lead to the first bathroom (full) the primary bedroom with sleep number king bed and full, private, bathroom, and two smaller rooms, each with twin beds. Stairs down leads to playroom, full bathroom, and another set of stairs to the basement “color room.”

February. We love to open the master windows and wakeup to our snow capped mountains which we can see in bed. My photography skills do not do it justice.
Backyard detached office. This is where we see our therapy clients and is a great "work from home" space if you are traveling with your family and need a little more privacy during work hours.
Inside view of our therapy office.
MARCH -grass is waking up but we will still enjoy the view of our snow capped mountains for several more months.
This is our 55” smart Roku “floating TV.” It normally lives in a closet but we sometimes move it *carefully* upstairs or into the toy room for movie nights.
Beautiful Spanish Fork!
Stunning 5th Water Hot springs 35 minute drive to trailhead. Easy-moderately skill level hike. Be aware in the morning some people decide clothes are optional!

Kyve Peek. Stunning views driving up the mountain to the lookout where you can see the entire valley. Lots of trailheads if you’d rather hike. From my house it’s 35 minute drive to the base of the mountain. About 20 minutes up to the top depending on if you’re leisurely driving or not. I rent a jeep and drive up every fall with my sisters to see the incredible changing colors.
Driving up Kyve Peek
Payson Grotto. Very easy, pleasant hike to cave with small falls. Kids love this one! 45 minutes to trailhead from my house.

Hike Mount Timponogos if you can! 14 miles round trip hike. Something I’d have to train for! Breathtaking in the summer!
Views hiking Mount Timp. Trail head 40 minutes away.
Tibble Fork Reservoir. 45 minutes away.

Spanish Oaks Reservoir. 12 minutes away. Fun place to swim and fish.

Thanksgiving Point is THE ULTIMATE
family destination in Utah. You could spend a whole week coming every day and not get sick of it. TGP is a collection of family museums: Dinos, Bugs/Butterflies, Natural Curiosity (our favorite), Ashton Gardens, Farm Animals, and an incredible pumpkin patch/fair in the fall. Great food (fast food, creamery and fine dining) and a fun carrousel, too. You need tickets ahead of time for some things but can purchase tickets upon arrival for most attractions. 45 minutes away.
Enormous Dino jungle gym in Dino museum. Need reservations and jump socks.

Butterfly Biosphere- Beautiful Costa Rican butterflies. Somehow, my son can always get them to land on his finger, but I never can.
