General Overview
This is a second home, which makes its availability flexible as well. The home is large with stunning lake and mountain views. This 4-bedroom 4-bath mountain home sleeps up to 12, but smaller groups will feel comfortable and cozy as well. There are two outside decks with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the relaxing hot tub while grilling dinner on the gas grill. A well appointed kitchen offers everything a family would need. Enjoy the flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and in the game room, which also features a regulation size pool table.The property borders the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, is conveniently located right off the Parkway between Pigeon Forge, TN and Gatlinburg, Tn -- really less than 3 miles in either direction.Close to all the attractions, shopping, dining, and of course, the most visited national park in the United States! We love it and know you will, too. When staying at others' homes, we are respectful of the property and always leave it in the same condition as when we arrive and we ask that of our visitors as well.
The Space
Perfect for a family vacation! Our house offers privacy and the feel of the great outdoors, surrounded by mountains and overlooking a private lake. Yet, only a few minutes away, the Great Smoky Mountain National Park awaits, as do a number of family oriented activities including amusement park such as Dollywood or dinner theaters, Try your hand at zip lining, a round of golf, miniature golf, racetracks for kids, arcades, fantastic restaurants and shopping galore.Check out http://www.gatlinburg.com/events/ and http://www.mypigeonforge.com/events/ for current and planned activities.
Guest Access
2 floors with parking and entry on main level. Three steps up from parking lot into the home. Main level features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, laundry area and access to upper level deck with BBQ grill, hot tub, outside tables and chairs and endless views of the mountains and lake below. Lower level has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, game room with pool table, and outside access to lower level deck with magnificent views.

Minutes to all attractions, mountains, shopping, dining, and is easily accessible! No steep inclines or hair-pin turns to reach the home!
Please be aware there is a $281 cleaning fee so the home will be clean and ready for our next guests as this is a 2nd home and vacation rental property. The $281 fee is what we are charged by a professional cleaning agency. Please be assured that the fee is in line with charges for comparable properties in the area.
