The Space

The house are 55 m2, with living room, kitchen, bedroom, children's bedroom, bathroom, small terrace, almost new. 
The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children under 12. The children's bedroom has a bunk bed.
The sandy beach is 10 minutes walk, the town centre 2-3 minutes.
The bedrooms and living rooms are air conditioned separately.

Guest Access

The apartment is on the second floor, accessed by a spacious staircase, no lift.

Notes

The living room has a sofa bed.
Since this is our second home, we kindly ask for a cleaning fee of 50 EUR to ensure a first-class welcome for all guests!
