General overview
We are located right on the water in Southern California in the city of Huntington Beach, also famously known as “Surf City.” Our home is located in a private gated community, with lush green landscape and beautiful year round weather. We have a 32 foot boat dock outside our patio and have a Duffy boat that you can cruise around the harbor in. Larger boats can go directly to the ocean from our channel. Guests can fish right off our balcony. We have paddle boards and kayaks to cruise around the harbor as well. Our community has a private swimming pool and tennis court/ basketball court. Directly across the street from our community is a public small beach with sand to play at. It’s a very relaxing and peaceful place to live. We love to keep a clean and tidy home. Non smokers. We remodeled our home in 2018 and completely redesigned every inch of the house. My bar is my favorite part of my home. After a recent trip to Spain we tiled our staircase with Spanish tiles that inspired us that I also love. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom have harbor front views and you can hear fish jump and birds sing, while the breeze sways. In the summertime the harbor is very active with people boating and spending time in the harbor doing aquatic activities.

We are an outgoing family and love to travel, specifically to Hawaii, or anywhere there is a beach or sea. We also love the mountains and majestic lakes and rivers. My husband and I own a catering and event production company, my husband is the executive chef chef and I am the event designer. We have 2 young boys who are involved in sports that keep us busy.
