For the winter months, you will be required to have AWD and snow tires, or chains. Only AWD will not cut it. The snow tires are critical!

  • We had an awesome time in Tahoe visiting Cindy's home. It was perfect for our small family. It's a great home in a quiet location but close to the action. Cindy was so responsive before, during and post exchange and also very flexible with our ever changing travel plans to the a holiday weekend and a snowstorm. I would love to visit Tahoe and Cindy's home again and are grateful for her hospitality 😁

  • I came to Lake Tahoe to snowboard and to visit my best friend. The house is close to Heavenly Ski Resort and near many restaurants within a short drive and walking distance. Great place to stay and had everything we needed. Thanks again! We really appreciate it!

Hello! I am Cindy, a remote worker Civil Engineer living with my wonderful husband Joe in beautiful South Lake Tahoe. We have a 2 bed 1 bath house with an attached studio ADU. This listing is only for the main house as often the studio is booked, but sometimes both are available! We live with our furry 90-lb husky Cooper and mini german shepherd Rio. We enjoy skiing, hiking, kayaking, and listening to crime junkie podcast.
