Pittoresque three bedroom townhouse In La Heredia, Marbella This charming 2-storey home is situated amongst the iconic, quaint houses of La Heredia, also known as the Positano of Southern Spain yet just a few minutes’ drive to San Pedro, Benahavís, Puerto Banus and Marbella. Our home offers stunning sea and mountain views and every traditional living comfort of a classic Andalusian home. On a clear day you can see Gibraltar and even the African coast while sipping a glass of Cava at our terraces in quiet privacy. Enjoy a swim at one of the two community pools year round – one oft them is heated and even around Christmas you can enjoy the fantastic Andalusian weater: sun, sun, sun, and more sun The award winning urbanisation of La Heredia is popular with year-round residents and holiday makers alike. In addition to the amenities offered in the community, there is 24 hour security in this gated urbanisation. Our home is just steps from the (heated) community pool and a very short walk from La Heredia’s local bar, restaurant and panaderia.
