Our home is located in Kapa'a on the island of Kaua'i. We live 5 minutes away from the beach. We live 3 minutes away from a popular hiking trail and waterfall(Ho'opi'i falls). We live 5 minutes away from another beautiful hike and swim area/waterfall(Makaleha).
We live 3 minutes away from Kapahi park. This park is great to take your children for a playground,soccer,basketball or picnic adventure that is close by.
We also live 5 minutes away from the largest bike path on the island. You can rent a bike and discover the beach coast along the entire east side of the island. You can also bike to the bike path from our house as it is close. In addition, ten minutes away in Kapa'a town (this is the second largest town besides lihue)is a bunch of restaurants, largest selection of food trucks on island, a Safeway for groceries, multiple gas stations, etc. Basically everything is close by that you would need.

The Space

We have a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. We have a spacious front yard with a gazebo, trampoline and above ground pool. We also have a 400 sq.ft lanai(porch) for outdoor eating or hanging out.

We also have 3 vehicles that we can rent out on the side(we rent our vehicles through Turo but we can do a separate contract with the guest) our vehicles we have are a 2020 Toyota corolla, 2017 Toyota tacoma 4 wheel drive truck and a 2022 Honda odyssey van. Please note that vehicle rentals do not come with the home, but because we are already in the business of renting our vehicles on Turo, it would be very easy to set up a rental alongside the home.
