Neighbourhood

Its a small village with only few hundred people living here. Our village has lots of kids and you will see and hear them play outside alot. Otherwise it's a quiet area. During the winter time you can see animals on the snowy field running. During the summer animals can be seen crossing the roads alot, so need to drive carefully. Our village has only one small shop that opens every day from 9am - 7pm. Bigger shops are in Antsla which is 40min walk or 5min drive away. They open every day from 8am - 10pm.

Getting around

Very limited public transport. Use Google maps to see times for public transport. Possibility to use our car. There are also trains and long distant buses available.

Merilin  

We are a Vegan family of 5 plus 4 pets. We are married since 2016, together since 2012. Myself Merilin(36) - Estonian. Husband Tommy(42) - British (Mixed Jamaican, Ghanaian, English, Irish) We have a 11 year old and 8 year old son and a 1.5 year old daughter, French Bulldog and 3 cats. We met and lived in London for many years and in July 2020 we moved to Estonia. We love to travel and meet new people. We do alot of travelling every year and now we want to also try home exchanges, we have already hosted travellers in our Estonia home through Couchsurfing and Warm Showers as well.
