General Overview

We love this quiet escape in Ocean City. With 3 bedrooms, and 10 beds, there's plenty of room for the whole family. There are 3.5 bathrooms for adequate privacy for everyone. The unit overlooks a community pool, the canal that leads to the bay, and is an easy 0.4 mile walk to the ocean. A short 10 minute walk to the north leads you to a community park with kayak rentals, sports fields, and playgrounds. Plenty of restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Nearby Assateague National Park boasts wild ponies on the beaches, walking paths, and horseshoe crabs galore.

The Space

The unit has 2 dedicated parking spaces. A garage area is perfect for storing the beach gear, and contains a washer and dryer. A recently renovated kitchen with new appliances makes cooking a dream. The first bedroom contains a king size bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. Down the hall an additional full bath with shower accommodates the guests in the next bedroom which contains a queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds. On the top floor, an additional bedroom contains another set of bunk beds and a queen bed, and also has an en suite bathroom with shower. The unit has 3 balconies overlooking the pool, the canal, and fireworks can be seen from the nearby park during the summer.

Guest Access

The unit is accessed via the garage and entry door on the ground level. Going up one flight of stairs, the first floor has the living room, kitchen, and dining room. The second floor contains 2 bedrooms, and the final 3rd floor has a large bedroom with en suite bathroom.

There is a cleaning fee of $190 and linens are available for rental if needed.

Neighbourhood

Shopping, groceries, mini-golf, restaurants, a large park, and beach access are all within easy walking distance. The neighbors are incredibly friendly, and often the children spend the evenings playing in the community together.

Getting to my home

Fly into BWI or Norfolk, and rent a car before driving approximately 2.5 hours to Ocean City.

Getting Around

Many things are within walking distance, but bikes are available in the unit as well. A public bus runs along coastal highway for further travel if using public transportation.
