General Overview

We have an exotic garden in the middle of town. Our apartment is not luxurious but it has a crazy charm and it is comfortable.

The Space

Our apartment is on the ground floor of a building with 3 apartments. It is composed of a large living/dining room (with air conditioning), a small functional and very recent kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, with 1 toilet and a another separate WC. The garden goes all around the apartment, it is not big but is more than enough to have an aperitif, a good meal or quite simply to rest on the deckchairs.

Guest Access

We are on the ground floor but there are steps to get home and into the garden.

Notes

We have a very sociable cat, who is called Pearl, but who should not be prevented from coming into the house when she wants. It is above all at home! (after all the cat is the boss!) You will have to give her food and drink, but as far as her litter is concerned, she is independent!

Neighbourhood

Our neighborhood is very friendly; there are many shops nearby, the market and the Liberation market hall for your fresh produce market. There are also many bars, restaurants and a cinema complex. By tram, you are at the beach in 20 minutes

Getting Around

We are close to everything on foot, but with the tram you can also connect the different trains and take beautiful walks in the hinterland or Italy
