Large comfortable family home in a quite court location. Walking distance to the Main Street and situated right in the heart of the Yarra Valley close to wineries, restaurants and local attractions.

Large master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite. 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, 3rd and 4th bedrooms both have a king single size beds and one of the rooms also has a cot. Both of the king single beds have a trundle bed underneath suitable for a child or adult. There is a main bathroom with a bath and shower and a separate toilet and full laundry with a washing machine and drier. The living area consists of an open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge room with a large rumpus/toy room attached. The house has ducted heating and cooling and is very comfortable all year round. There is a large undercover deck with mountain views and a good sized grass backyard with plenty of kids toys and climbing equipment with a slide.

Quartiere
We live close to the centre of town with plenty of eating options and a supermarket. There is also a fantastic kids playground within 5 minutes walk. Our street is very quite and family friendly.
Andare in giro
We live two blocks from the Main Street where all of the shops, restaurants and supermarket are located. There is a bus service that will get you to Healesville or Lilydale (from Lilydale you can take the train to Melbourne CBD).
