General overview
Our house is located in the suburbs of Warsaw.
The space
Our house has two floors. Ground floor consists of a living room with a kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor are work room and bedroom and bathroom with the shower. There is space for two cars in front of the house.
We also have a 200 m garden with a beautiful terrace.
In the garden we have a ping pong table, badminton rackets, boules, basketball basket, deckchair / hammock.
We have a gas grill on the terrace.
At home, you will find an exercise bike as well as a mat and weights if you want to exercise.
We have tons of games and puzzles. We can also provide toys for smaller children (lego, mascots, cars, books)
In our house we can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, and when we are a host family - a maximum of 2 adults and a child.
Our house has a very fast and unlimited wireless internet, we also have digital TV, including many international channels and Netflix or Amazon.

Neighbourhood
Our neighborhood is peaceful and very friendly. We live near the nature reserve - Las Kabacki (about 400 m) where you can walk along marked routes, go jogging, Nordic walking and use cross-country skiing in winter.
You can also go to the park located in the forest on bikes (we have 3 bikes). There are many attractions there, such as a swimming pool, a rope park, sports fields and even a place for a bonfire, see the map of the Park in Powsin:

In our village there is also a park with an outdoor gym, playgrounds, playground and places to rest (you can reach them on foot).
In the vicinity there is the Konstancin Jeziorna Health Resort with a beautiful park with a specific microclimate and you can use the salt water towers.
You can also go to the swimming pool, ride a horse (the studs are in our town), go kayaking and even go to the beach on the Vistula River or ride a special narrow-gauge railway.
If you get hungry and you love Polish cuisine, we have small local shop offering only Polish dishes, all prepared on the spot. So if you feel like eating dumplings, stuffed cabbage, chops, soups or other dishes, just go and choose something. It's a 5-minute walk away, so you can completely cook nothing for the entire stay;) Don't you like Polish flavors? There is no problem in our town, there are also plenty of restaurants with delivery (including Italian, Cambodian, Indian, Polish, Brazilian, Georgian). We will recommend and advise you.
Do you prefer to cook? There are large shops in our area (Auchan, Selgros, Lidl, Biedronka and also small ones where you can go for bread and something for breakfast).
Do you like shopping in the shops? Do you like designer clothes? Visit the clothing outlet https://www.designeroutletwarszawa.pl - 5 min. by car or go to one of the many shopping places in Warsaw.
If you come to us in summer, be sure to check out the Służewiec Horse Racing Track, races take place from May on weekends (admission approx. 4 Euro, up to 18 years free) You can only observe or predict the winner (bet approx. 1 Euro) - track approx. 8 km from U.S.

If you would like to go to the theatre, you will find a show in English, and if you need total relaxation, go to the largest Water Park in Poland - Park of Poland located in Wręcza in the Mszczonów commune, 60 km from our house, we have great access via the motorway

A one-day trip is enough to visit other attractive cities such as Toruń, Łódź or Sandomierz
For lovers of classical music, live concerts with Chopin's music are held in the Royal Łazienki Park in Warsaw in the summer.
Getting to my home
You can get here by public transport, but if you like being independent it's better to have a car. (you can also use Uber, taxi and car sharing).
Nearest airport
The Chopin Airport situated 15 minutes away by car and the Modlin Airport is about one hour's drive.
