General Overview

Our home and seven acre property is nestled against Mount Douglas park and across the street from the ocean. You'll find chickens and pigs grazing the back field and can pick pears, apples, grapes, cherries, strawberries or blueberries depending on the time of year you are here! There are hiking paths up the mountain or down to the beach directly from our yard. We are 20 minutes from anywhere in Victoria. No animal or garden help is needed during an exchange unless you are interested.

The Space

Built in 1990 our house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, games room with pool, pingpong and foosball. There are stunning views of the ocean from the kitchen which can seat up to eight people. There is a trampoline and tons of games and toys for the kids as well as a bar for the adults.

Guest Access

You have access to the full house which is on two floors. Main level primary bedroom and ensuite, two full bedrooms upstairs and a guest room/office on the main floor.

Cordova Bay has beaches that go on for miles, some great local restaurants and lots of park space.

Getting to my home

We are 25 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown and pretty much anywhere in Victoria you'd want to go.

Victoria international airport is 25 minutes away.

Getting Around

We may have a vehicle available for use, otherwise we are on one bus line that comes every 20 minutes. The Lochside trail is perfect for getting around by bicycle and is only 1km away.
