General overview
Lots of lights-many windows, step out to a terrace and listen to birds; Small but cure garden with covered garage. Love that it's 5mins to a park & playground, shops. I love that it has one floor with two small bedrooms, an additional wardrobe, two bathrooms, and a big living area connected with the kitchen.
The space
The house is 75 sq metres, enough for a family of 4 or 5, but can host an additional 2-3 people downstairs in the living room. There a bathroom in the upper and base level as well.
it's a modern (minimalist, Scandinavian type) and has a small garden/sit-out, garage, In the garage you can hit-it with 2 bikes, a roller, if anyone is up for such activities; If the weather is suitable you can also sit outside and sip your tea or coffee.

Neighbourhood
Pomaz is a cute little town of ~18k inhabitants sitting just nearby the beautiful "Pilis" mountains, for all interested hikers. Our house is built in a rather newer area, just upon a small hill (nothing too challenging! 😉 ). There are multiple shops, a bank, drug store, playground and running-track & outdoor training utilities no more than 5 mins by walk, as well as our favorite local bakery/specialty coffee shop and other shops in 10mins walk, while, the "HEV" (local train) is 15mins of walk, it takes you in 25mins directly to the center (Buda side) whereas, the last station brings you directly on the other side of the Danube (Buda part) in front of the magnificent Parliament. From here, it's super easy to get anywhere using the local transport, Budapest is simply awesome to visit via it's "BKV" (local transport: buses, trolleys & trams, metros, etc.) or by walk 😉, of course!
Getting to my home
From Budapest it's very easy via local train (called HEV) and a 15mins walk.
Nearest airport
Budapest airport is ~49km from our place, easy to access via M0 highway.
Getting around
In 5mins walk proximity there are grocery shops, banks and drug store as well as pharmacy, and in some 10mins there are coffee and other grocery shops, restaurants and fast food, HEV, etc.
